Hygiene is the solution

To avoid the problems of gastrointestinal disorders, eat only clean and hygienic food prepared at home.

Avoid eating outside food and junk food as much as possible. Also, do not use contaminated water at all, neither for cooking nor for drinking.

Use only purified water for drinking and cooking. Eat vegetables and fruits brought at home only after washing them with clean water.

If this problem persists for a long time, such as high fever or diarrhea, then some antibiotics can be used.
